What Is You Ideal Weight? Calculator Here...

I have been weighing myself since the day we bought a weighing scale. So far my weight is consistent. Every morning, I only weigh 107 lbs to 107.08 lbs and 108.4l to 108.6 after meal. But today I saw some difference, not a lot but at least. I weigh myself and it was 106.4 and after meals, I am only 107.1 (wooo hooooo I lose some!!!)... by the way I did something else too. I wanted to know what is my ideal weight so I check it online and found out that the ideal weight for my weight is 100lbs which means I need to lose 6 to 7 pounds? wooo wonder how long would it take to do that?...hindi nalang ba ako kakain???
