Green Banana is good when you boil it. There are different ways you can do on your boiled banana. You can make “Nilusak” from it or eat it by dipping in “Bagoong”. Hummm just talking about it makes me crave for it. I wouldn’t remember I have a green banana in the fridge until I saw this picture on my album. I wrote down a note so I can remember cooking it tomorrow.
Bananas are a good source of Vitamin C, A and minerals. Vitamin C keeps our body tissues strong. It also helps the body use iron and aids chemical actions in the body. While Vitamin A is needed for proper growth and protection from disease.
Banana is also good to eat when you have diarrhea as it contains minerals and nutrients that will really help you.
