House Showing Call

Before I always ignore the phone thinking it’s just somebody I don’t know. But now that the house is for sale, I always need to check the phone once it rings because it is so possible that it might be “Century Showing” who’s on the line. Just like today, I was in doing something in the bathroom when the phone rings. I hurriedly pick up the phone and find out I was right, it’s the “Century Showing” called. They just informed me that there will be realtor and buyers that’s going to check the house between 1:15 pm to 2pm. I just said ok and do what I need to do while waiting for those people. And about 1:30 somebody knocked on the door so I opened it. Yes it’s them; there were actually 3 people who came to check the whole house. If I am correct one of them is a realtor and the other two are the buyers. Anyway, I let them in, open the lights and just let them go around the house. .. Hopefully the house will be sold without lowering price because the price my husband is asking is actually cheap already plus the house is in good condition and clean.
