How To Make Cheese

There were times that I was making something and forget one of the ingredients "Cheese". That day I was really mad for forgetting it the night before, while we were in the grocery. It even makes me wonder what if I am going to make my own Cheese. I am sure there will recipes online that I can print to make some of my own. But well...
