I have been weighing myself since the day we bought a weighing scale. So far my weight is consistent. Every morning, I only weigh 107 lbs to 107.08 lbs and 108.4l to 108.6 after meal. But today I saw some difference, not a lot but at least. I weigh myself and it was 106.4 and after meals, I am only 107.1 (wooo hooooo I lose some!!!)... by the way I did something else too. I wanted to know what is my ideal weight so I check it online and found out that the ideal weight for my weight is 100lbs which means I need to lose 6 to 7 pounds? wooo wonder how long would it take to do that?...hindi nalang ba ako kakain???

Cleaning After Cooking

The most part of cooking that I hate a lot is cleaning up the mess hahahahh. It's true it is no fun in cleaning those oily or greasy skillets and other utensils you use in cooking. I have no choice though because I don't want to put it on the dish washer because I already had a horrible experienced before. Our new skillet got scratched waaaaaa...

Anyway I got a solution on how to cleanup those greasy dishes. You need to add a tablespoon of vinegar to your hot soapy water. It doesn't only take the greasy off but also the odor.

My Favorite Photo Card

Being away from my family because of marrying a man miles away from country home is quite difficult. Even though I am married already, it’s still a sudden changed from what I used to in my whole life before marriage. The shocks and sadness actually sinked in after few weeks of being here in strange land. That’s why I always make sure that I have a constant communications with my family back home. My Servings This Morning

Good morning Pep! I love the weather this morning it's sunny and not cold at all. We even went to the bank already and done with our breakfast. See we still have our left over last night. And it is still good... Yeahhh good! I just heat them in the oven for few minutes and they are just like the fresh one. My tummy is now happy and contented with what I feed plus with a zipped of an orange juice wooo. My breakfast is complete and now time to work and earn more bucks. Hopefully will be lucky enough to grab at least my minimum for the day and would be grateful if I could do more.

Most women wanted to get married in the Church or get married by a Priest or Pastor not just by a judge. For some reason most women wanted are just very traditional with it comes to getting married. It is the special of occasions that takes a lot of preparations. You need to choose everything you like from the flowers, receptions, dress, shoes, ring, wedding invitations and all that stuff.

Anyway, speaking of getting married, one of our plans in the future is to get married in the Philippines. Like other women, I also wanted to get married even not to the Church but at least by a Priest. Yes we only had a civil wedding but planning for a beach wedding in the Philippines one day. Pizza Time

It's pizza time! Can you believe we order two boxes of pizza with different stuff since hubby and I have different favorites. So we need to order two plus one box of our favorite bread stick. Of course we can't eat all of those in just one meal so we are just going to save some of it on fridge and eat anytime tomorrow. Oh boy Pizza Hut's bread stick is so delicious. That's the first thing in mind when it comes to Pizza Hut. Weird huh... but yeah I love their bread stick more than any of their pizza. I can eat a lot of it especially when it is hot!!!

Buko

I bought fruit salad ingredients in asian market like my favorite nata de coco, nestle cream, condense milk, and buko inside a jar... I also bought 6 cans of buko juice to clean up my kidney toink and all of those stuff I mention is made from the Philippines... And this morning, I was thinking of making it but I was so busy and thought I better just make something else instead of fruit salad. I get the buko in a jar out from the fridge, wash it with water for it was too sweet and since I am going to use a condense milk I thought of washing it off to eliminate too much sweetness on buko. After that I put it in a bowl and mix it with condense milk and buko juice kumbaga "lamaw" is what I was trying to make... To add some color, I added some raisins and cheese... and put some of the serving in a goblet. And that's it!

Tuna Fish

Tuna is my favorite fish among all kinds or different fish species lol. I don't mind eating tuna everyday or every meal but I don't eat fresh raw tuna. They said it's really good but I prefer to eat cook one. I love it fried, paksiw, tinula, and grilled. Healthy Dinner?

This is our healthy dinner tonight. Not that much and fancy but at least it is healthy. A fried milk fish, green beans and rice. Milk fish is the national fish in the Philippines. It taste really good especially if you marinate it with vinegar, salt, and garlic. Just marinate if for at least 3 to 5 five hours. Would be much better if you marinate it overnight. You can also put it in the freezer and it would still be good for a month or so. Oh boy you'll love it because its really good... I am just happy to prepare something especially afterwards hubby will said it's good.
