Rice Shortage?
I can't believe that a country like Philippines that have approximately 14 million hectares of agricultural lands that produces crops such as rice, would be suffering from rice shortage. The government itself should focused on helping farmers on using new techniques and technologies in order for them to produce more crops to avoid shortage.
A friend of mine told me yesterday, about the news she have seen on television. A mother have told her son to buy rice but unfortunately the boy drop the rice on the ground. Sad thing happened, the mother was so angry and terrified that made her burned all her kids. What a sad story it is...
