It just look like from the Philippines but this mango is actually from Haiti which I believe also a tropical country. Anyway, mango is very delicious and nutritious fruit which contains beta-carotene, vitamin A, Vitamin C, vitamin E, Selenium, B-complex (anti-stress) vitamins, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, selenium, Folic acid (folate), and zinc.
I have never heard this before but do you know that people who eat mango have more sun tolerance? Mango is also a good source of dietary fiber. They also contain some protein and amino acids and it is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium.

Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
This fresh fruits and vegetables reminds me of my parents in law. They used to bring me to farmers market every time they have free time. And every time hubby and I go to their house, they always send us either fresh fruits or vegetables from farmers market. I love their fruits and veges because it's so fresh and delicious as it is a fresh produce from local farms, ranches, dairies and nurseries. I remember going to farmers market

Dalandan
Dalandan is a fruit that grows up in the Philippines and maybe in other tropical country like Thailand, Malaysia and China. Some people call this as a local orange. Yes it's almost like an orange but has a green skin and have more acidic. It's a very juicy, sweet and sometimes a little bit sour. Oh this is one of my favorite fruit during summer time. I can even eat or consume one kilo a day because I also love to make juice out of it. It's really yummy, something that I misses a lot this time of the year. Can anybody send me a dalandan please?

Fruit Baskets
I can’t think of anything that I can bring on my friend’s house this coming thanksgiving. Actually she told me not to bring anything because she already prepared everything she needed for that day. But I would be happy to bring something that I can share. So I am planning to bring this fruit baskets on Thursday to our friend's house. Aren’t they pretty?
So if you can’t think of anything that you can give to your parent’s in law or any of your friends, why not get them a fruit baskets that they can enjoy on thanksgiving and Christmas.
Some people also like to bring fruit baskets when they go to visit their love ones or friends in the hospital.
