What A Pretty House

I found this house online when I was reading news and suddenly browse real state as I was curious how's the market doing today. Isn't it pretty? But guess how much is this house worth? Humm we are talking about million here. To be exact it's sold for $1,250,000. Wooo so expensive huh. This is house is located in El Paso Texas. As hubby said, El Paso is so darn hot.

Anyway, my first thought when I saw this Single Family house was "What makes it A Million dollars house"??? It says there's only 3 bedrooms and no garage. I was like oh oh hummm. Well it's 5,200 square feet so no wonder why it's worth million. Plus it has a beautiful pool with private cabana,covered patio, entertainment area and Stone fireplace.

House For Sale

Just for 3 days in a row since the Realtor of the house put a sign in the front yard, there were 4 couples who had checked the house for sale. It didn't stay longer than what I first thought but they have checked every room and every places in the house including the back yard. I felt proud of myself when everyone have said "Oh wow the house is so clean"... I am flattered because I mostly painted the whole house. Of course hubby helped when he arrives home or during day off and he also painted the two bed room with out me helping that much. I just love clean house as I grew up in very clean house of my grandmother. I still remember how neat and clean my grandmother. It was kinda irritating and frustrating when we were kids (my siblings and I) because grandmother was so strict and organized to the point of "you need to put everything in the place where you get it"... because if she will find out the scissors is not on the right drawer, she freak out heheheh. But now that I am married, I appreciated everything grandma have taught me..... Anyway, hopefully the house will be sold pretty soon on the price hubby asked for.
